Peter Rabbit, Mr McGregors Garden, and a Spring Mantle

I brought out a lot of my sweet cabbage dishes, a couple of bunnies,  some Peter Rabbit books, and a few faux veggies to create my Spring Mantle....Peter Rabbit style!

It went up about a week before Easter, and I think I'll let it stay for another week or so. It's just so fresh and charming!

 Here comes Peter Cottontail........

 Enjoy the photo tour!

As usual, most of my little collection came from "Thrifting"!

The exception this time is my lettuce platter in the lower corner on the hearth...I bought that years ago at Cracker Barrel.  Also, my shutters were my grandparents. I like to put them up as soon as winter is over and leave them up until the fall. They are a really nice bright backdrop for all my Spring and Summer Displays....and they hide the less than attractive black fireplace!

I really love this little vignette.

I hope you enjoyed the tour!

Well cutie, you know I adore this! It would fit right in my home perfectly! I took my Peter rabbit mantle down a week or so ago, but I tell you I loved it! You have so many darling things and I love the use of your grandparents shutters! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
hugs,
Jann
